Prohibited misuse
You may not:
- Upload data you do not have the rights or authorization to process.
- Use TrialBridge outputs as final medical or eligibility decisions.
- Attempt to identify records you are not authorized to access.
- Bypass, weaken, or share access controls, roles, or approval steps.
- Use TrialBridge outside approved study and site workflows.
You may not use the product in a way that misleads candidates, falsifies trial records, alters audit trails, or otherwise undermines the integrity of clinical research.
Spam & abuse
You may not use the product to send unsolicited bulk messages, harass other users, impersonate any person, or send communications that violate consent. Outbound messages must respect recipient opt-out and applicable anti-spam law.
Scraping & automation
You may not scrape the product, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer, or operate undisclosed automation against the service. Use of the documented APIs and integrations is permitted within their stated limits.
Illegal activity
You may not use the product to violate any law, including data protection law, healthcare law, export controls, intellectual property law, or sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with law in every jurisdiction where you operate.
Security violations
You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without prior written authorization, attempt to access data that does not belong to you, interfere with other users, or upload malware. Report suspected vulnerabilities to our security contact.
Harmful AI usage
You may not use AI features to generate content intended to mislead patients, fabricate study records, produce final eligibility decisions without coordinator review, or generate output that violates law or third-party rights. AI output is decision support, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Data misuse
You may not export, share, or repurpose patient or candidate data outside the scope of your IRB approval, your sponsor agreement, and informed consent. You may not combine data across studies in ways that violate your protocol.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this policy. For severe or ongoing violations, or where required by law, we may act without prior notice. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remediate.
